Why Use a Fax Cover Sheet?
Shared fax machines in offices, clinics and schools receive pages for many people. A cover sheet tells staff exactly who the fax is for and shows whether any pages are missing. The confidentiality notice also reminds anyone who gets it by mistake to contact you.
